Leading creative vision, development, production and audience growth strategy for global culture channel NOWNESS - a partnership between LVMH and groundbreaking publisher Jefferson Hack at Dazed Media.
Responsible for developing and delivering the commissioning and programming strategy to drive an organisation-wide creative and structural change programme - including the institution of an immediate 50/50 gender balance on filmmakers worked with. Collaborating with filmmakers and artists including Anna Rose Holmer, Barry Jenkins, Ana Lily Amirpour, Nicholas Winding Refn, Samantha Morton, Kibwe Tavares, Miranda July and Lynne Ramsay.
Oversaw the development and production of dozens of series, and hundreds of single films for the platform, as well as the curation and distribution of thousands of acquired films. Forging partnerships with world class institutions and brands including the Design Museum, Audi, Fondation Louis Vuitton and the National Gallery to generate innovative partnerships.
My work proactively built brand reputation, curatorial integrity, cross pollinated audiences and art forms, and grew revenue - winning a prestigious Webby Award on the way. I drove an exponential uplift in audience numbers and engagement as well as oversaw a 12 month restructure that focused resources, cut costs and increased creative and commercial capability right across the organisation.
